Descargué Mention. Mi selección de términos de búsqueda arrojó miles de "menciones". Comencé a "bloquear" sitios totalmente irrelevantes. Suscribí un plan por 29 euros porque el básico no permitía hacer nada. Al segundo día, las menciones no se actualizaron. Hablé por chat con un empleado y me dijo que eso era normal. No muy convencido, lo di por bueno. Al siguiente día, las menciones seguían sin actualizarse. Pedí ayuda por chat. Nadie respondió. Era sábado. Escribí un mail. Nadie respondió. Era domingo. Recibí un mensaje automatizado diciendo que estaba a punto de superar la cuota (del plan de 29 €). ¡Si no lo había utilizado más que un día! Era demasiado. El truco es que hay un límite de menciones, pero se alcanza inmediatamente porque Mention te lanza centenares de mensajes irrelevantes para tu búsqueda. Antes de que puedas ir bloqueando fuentes irrelevantes, miles de menciones invaden tu (no sé qué nombre tiene, especie de buzón) y, claro, alcanzas el límite inmediatamente, sin hacer casi nada. Realmente enfadado, cancelé mi cuenta y pedí la devolución del importe cobrado. Me lo han denegado. No contrates con Mention. No son serios. Son unos sacacuartos.
