Medivia.online formerly known as Tibianic is the leading and one of the oldest Open Tibia games still in operation.

It combines all the original old school Tibia mechanics with new Open Tibia technology such as sounds, built-in cam recorder/player, supporting monster tasks, farming, mining, and much more.

It's based on Tibia version 7.4 with a completely custom made Medivia map and custom sprites, custom monsters, items, quests and bosses.

It's basically a freemium game, it's completely free to play without any ads etc, but premium may give you slight advantages such as buying in-game runes for premium coins (can also be crafted or bought for in-game currency) or things such as decorative items for your house and such things, you may also need to be premium to buy your house, which offers no real benefits other than decorative, social or RPG purposes.
