Meals.Chat simplifies the way you log your diet, making it faster and more convenient. No more tedious manual logging. Just snap a photo of your food or drink and I’ll figure out the calories, ingredients and macros with smart AI.

Send a pic of your meal and leave it to me to calculate calories and macros (protein, fat and carbs). I estimate portion size, so there’s no need to enter the weight of each ingredient individually.
Tell me if something looks wrong, or if you forget to take a pic, just write what you had instead and I’ll figure it out
Set personalized goals in seconds
Want to lose weight? Bulk up? Eat healthier? Meals.Chat will help you set daily calorie and macro goals. Tell me your exact goal, like “2000 calories”, or chat with me and I’ll figure it out for you. You can tell me something like "I'm 30, 90kg and I want to lose weight".
Check your stats
View your daily, weekly, or monthly stats. I’ll even make a chart of your macro percentages. See if you’re hitting or missing your goals and adjust your diet accordingly.
Write what you ate
Forgot to take a pic of you meal? You can also just write what had, like “hamburger”, and the app will figure out the calories and macros by making assumptions. If anything looks incorrect, you can just reply and correct it.
Track your caffeine consumption
Take a pic of your coffee, tea, or matcha and I’ll estimate the caffeine content. Reduce jitters and get better sleep.
