What is MathScribe?

This app incorporate both Myscript and Wolfram Alpha to solve equations by using a stylus or your fingers as it is much more natural to do so. This means you can handwrite what you want solved.

I have done this for my own use but decided that there wasn't really anything else like it.

What you write will be automatically translated and once you're ready to solve, you can send it to Wolfram which will return the results.

If you subscribe to wolfram alpha pro edition, the app should also return the steps to arrive to the solution when available.

Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry are among the things you can solve for. You can see graphs with the results.

Be aware, that to use this tool, you will need to create a free account with both Wolfram and Myscript. Doing so will only take a few minutes and links to both will be shown when you open the app. It will give you 2000 free operations per month which should be enough for almost everybody. I do not own Wolfram or MyScript, this is just an integration.
