What is Mailhardener?

Mailhardener offers a full suite of monitoring tools for everything related to email.

Mailhardener is used to improve email security, and solve delivery issues with email. If your email is constantly getting flagged as spam, there is a good chance this is due to misconfigured email settings. You use Mailhardener to optimise all email related settings and prevent your email and marketing campaigns from being flagged as spam.

Our most notable features are:

  • email monitoring (DMARC) allows you to monitor all email send using your domain name. Whether that is your own mail server, external tools such as marketing and billing systems, or spammer that abuse your domain name.
  • domain inspection and monitoring will explain to you in plain English what your domain settings (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc) are and what it does.
  • DNS monitoring will inform you immediately if a change is made to any email related DNS setting
  • MTA-STS and TLS reporting allow you to enforce secure delivery of email to your domain. TLS related problems are monitored (TLS-RPT) by Mailhardener.
