What is Magic Decoder?

Magic Decoder turns any Word or PDF document into a smart, reusable template in about 30 seconds. You upload the document you already have (blanks, underscores, example data, whatever), and AI reads it to identify every field that changes. It generates a simple web form. You fill it out, hit download, and get back a perfectly filled document with your original formatting intact.

No merge tags. No special syntax. No template markup. No coding. No VBA macros. No 15-step Mail Merge wizard.

Most document automation tools (Formstack, Docupilot, PandaDoc) require you to manually insert merge fields like {{ClientName}} into your templates before anything works. Magic Decoder skips that entirely. The AI figures out what the fields are by reading the document the way a human would.

Built for people who fill out the same documents over and over: construction PMs doing submittals and change orders, lawyers generating engagement letters, HR teams creating offer letters, real estate agents filling purchase agreements, small business owners sending proposals.
