What you can do with Lotus • Connect your Clinical Health Records, insurance data, and wearables after granting explicit permission • Discuss your medical history—labs, medications, immunizations, conditions, and procedures (as available) • Message our clinician team for non-urgent health guidance when available

Your privacy and control • You decide exactly which health data to share and can revoke access at any time • All data sent to Lotus Health servers is encrypted in transit and at rest • Data is never sold to third parties

Medical accuracy and transparency • Lotus Health includes citations for medical information displayed within the app so users can review primary sources • Only licensed clinicians provide medical advice, and such messages are explicitly marked in the app
