Lookoutt

Lookoutt is a software application that helps teams find and fix communication and collaboration issues that slow delivery. Often, teams lack awareness of their challenges, alignment needed to prioritize what to solve, and clarity about actions to overcome identified challenges.

Lookoutt addresses this by presenting each team member one question daily about the team's goals, roles, processes, and relationships. Monthly, Lookoutt analyzes responses and provides an insight identifying the team's most urgent challenge, along with two concrete actions to overcome it.

Teams can track their health in real time with anonymized, aggregated responses on their dashboard. They can also view anonymized responses across the entire company, helping spot broader organizational trends.
