What is LoliSnatcher?
Loli Snatcher is a booru client with support for tonnes of different booru's. It will never harvest data on your usage or lock features behind a paywall and is completely open source.
The app comes with no booru by default they can be added easily on the settings page. It includes a Snatcher page which allows you to mass download content in one easy step.

The above comment was made by a disingenuous person performing social media activism for clout. He saw "loli" in the title and immediately had a knee jerk reaction. A "loli" is a (fictional) small, flat-chested, female. It has nothing to do with or promote child molestation.
This app, and its other alternatives, are image site scrapers that exclusively cater to drawn characters. Many of the image sites they scrap from have been around and active since the mid-2000's and searchable on every internet search engine. There are no real people posted to these website except for normal cosplay photos and pornographic ones by adults.
Most of the websites upload pornography by default, but they can be fitted to be Safe For Work. Nobody has to see explicit or unwelcome content. You can easily use the tagging system of all these sites to filter out ANY content. (Be sure to check the tagging system of each website since their API's and tagging system is different for each.)
The websites are the ones responsible for their content, not the app. The only "objectionable" thing is the logo for the app being Kana from the early 2020's animated TV series, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, sucking on a Popsicle. Considering the majority of people would only search for this app specifically to download anime or furry pictures, very likely pornography, this is very tame.
