What is Lire?
RSS feeds are an effective way to follow updates on your preferred website. However, some websites only show a portion of each entry in their feeds, prompting you to visit their actual website. Unlike other RSS feed readers that either direct you to a browser or require you to be online to fetch the full text of an article, lire allows you to access your favorite RSS feeds in full.
You don't need to click through to any website, but the option is still available. It converts partial feeds into full feeds, eliminating the need to click on 'Read more' or 'Continue reading' links. Once cached, you can read your full-text feeds offline. Lire can be used as a standalone feed reader or synced with various services such as Feedly, Feedbin, FeedHQ, The Old Reader, Inoreader, BazQux Reader, Newsblur, and Feed Wrangler.

To my knowledge, this is the only RSS client that is able to extract full text from every website I subscribe to. It's also paid-up-front (no subscriptions).
