Bought this because we bought a couple of different laptops that both have very low default volumes. I very much like the design and that it's a system tray icon, and both boost mode and volume are easily changed from the system tray icon. Other similar apps seem to be full eqs which are cumbersome to frequently change.
However, there seem to be a number of bugs with this, with the default boost mode of Injection and APO effect seems to randomly but frequently start increasing and distorting exponentially to defeaning levels. I found disabling APO effect and just having Injection boosting mode fixes this, but then I experience the other bug of the boosting seems to turn itself off, despite the app showing boosting is on. altering the volume and turning sound on/off via the app doesn't fix. If I change the boosting mode to something else and back again it starts working.
These issues are very frequent and if I knew i'd be fighting them daily i'd not have bought the program. I reported the issue but havent heard back from the dev yet.
