Let's Encrypt is described as 'Anyone who has gone through the trouble of setting up a secure website knows what a hassle getting and maintaining a certificate can be. Let’s Encrypt automates away the pain and lets site operators turn on and manage HTTPS with simple commands' and is a very popular certificate authority in the security & privacy category. There are more than 25 alternatives to Let's Encrypt for a variety of platforms, including Web-based, Linux, Windows, Mac and Self-Hosted apps. The best Let's Encrypt alternative is ZeroSSL, which is free. Other great apps like Let's Encrypt are acme.sh, Buypass, SSL For Free and DigiCert.
This is a one of good Let's Encrypt alternative CA.
This CA provides unlimited free TLS/SSL certificates through its ACME server, and these certificates have better compatibility than Let's Encrypt because they use COMODO/Sectigo as their root CA.
The downside is that their ACME server is quite unstable. Occasionally, when attempting to issue or renew certificates through their ACME server, random errors occur, sometimes with a 405 error despite no credential issues, or even a 5xx error.
Subscribing to a paid plan will not solve the problem as long as you are still using the same ACME server. You may want to try using their REST API instead, which has different server, limitations for each plan and may be their REST API server are slightly more reliable.
