I found LeakCheck through a recommendation from a friend who’s super careful about online security. At first, I was skeptical—I've been using other sites to check for data breaches. But LeakCheck caught two leaks associated with an old email address that my usual checker missed. It was a huge wake-up call, and I ended up changing passwords on multiple sites I’d overlooked. Worth the try if you want a more thorough look at your digital footprint!

I am an IT student and have written a paper about data leakage in large companies. I found LeakCheck on the internet and emailed them to ask for data for the last few years. They did not refuse and gave me a plan for the whole time I was writing the paper. The volume and completeness of the data is amazing, as is the ease of implementation through the API in any service. p.s. who cares - I defended my thesis :)

I came across LeakCheck by chance, saw it somewhere on Youtube while watching a video, decided to check my email and phone number out of interest. Thanks to it, I found my old password, which I couldn't remember for a long time, but I also had to change the passwords for the social networks, because they were there too. Don't be lazy and protect your accounts and those of your parents who use the same password everywhere (I don't think I'm the only one).

I regularly check my emails on HIBP. I recently came across an advertisement for this service on Google. And I was very surprised that it found leaks that even HIBP did not find!
