Traditional LinkedIn automation tools send the same message to every prospect, swapping in a first name and company. LeadHunter takes a different approach: it reads before it writes.

The platform starts by discovering leads that match a given Ideal Customer Profile across LinkedIn. Each prospect is scored 0-100 based on multiple factors — seniority level, company size, recent LinkedIn activity, and buying intent signals such as companies actively hiring in a relevant domain.

For each qualified prospect, LeadHunter reads their recent posts, analyzes their work history, and understands their company context. It then generates a unique message that references specific details from their profile — not template variables, but genuine personalization based on actual research.

The system manages a 4-message follow-up sequence over 14 days, with each message timed to arrive at 10 AM in the recipient's local timezone. When prospects reply, LeadHunter detects the response and pauses follow-ups automatically, keeping the conversation natural.
