22 structured workouts included for free: Norwegian method 4x4, VO2max 30/30 intervals, tempo runs, Couch to 5K, 5K/10K/half/marathon training plans. Visual speed cues designed to be read at arm's length while running.
One optional upgrade ($2.90 one-time) unlocks a custom workout builder. No subscription ever.
