Consequences — A structured system for accountability. Set timer-based consequences (corner time, writing lines), restriction-based consequences, or administered consequences. Link consequences to missed tasks or rituals for automated enforcement. Requires proof of completion when configured.

Contracts — Formalize your dynamic with written agreements, version history, and digital signatures. Define expectations, boundaries, safe words, and review periods.

Chastity Tracking — Dedicated module with lock/unlock records, scheduled check-ins, release request workflows, and session history.

Wellness — Daily mood check-ins for both partners. Track emotional wellbeing over time and spot trends before they become problems.

Privacy First

Kneel is built with privacy as a core principle. Biometric lock (Face ID / fingerprint) is included free. Notification content is hidden on lock screens. There is no in-app messaging, no social features, no public profiles, and no data shared beyond your partner.

Free tier includes tasks, rituals, check-ins, and points for one dynamic. Premium ($6.99/month) unlocks consequences, contracts, chastity tracking, and multiple dynamics. One subscription unlocks Premium for both partners — no need for each person to pay separately.
