Kettii

Kettii is a 2-die Strategy Board Game that can be played by 2 to 4 players each moving 3 pieces around circular rings until they reach their homes in the center of the board. The game involves avoiding and eliminating opponents so that players can reach their homes first. The first player to reach their home wins.

Game Play The game starts by each player rolling the 2 dice in a clockwise manner. The player who rolls a 6 on any of their two die can start and move any of his/her pieces into play. They can then move the value of the other die on the piece(s) in play. After rolling, a player can move the value of any die on any of the movable pieces in play until all the values on the 2 die have been used. If a player is has no pieces in play after rolling, the game's turn moves to the next player.

Players keep moving their pieces clockwise until they find their rising lane - at which point they can move to an inner/higher ring and continue moving clockwise until they reach their home.

If a player's piece lands on an opponent's piece after moving their dice value, the opponent's piece is displaced and sent one ring back/outside maintaining the lane they were in i.e the opponent's piece moves 40 steps back. If an opponent is displaced from the outer most ring, they return to their base. However, opponents cannot be displaced from their safe zones. Any of the colored tiles on the board are safe zones for all players i.e no piece can be displaced from these regions. Additionally, the rising lane of a specific player is a safe zone for that player alone i.e, a blue player cannot be displaced from the blue rising lane, but can be displaced from any other player's rising lane.

Players can reroll in any of these cases;

• After rolling a double i.e the same number on all the die.
• After a roll that enabled a player to leave their base.
• After a roll that enabled a player to reach their home.
• After displacing an opponent's piece.
