Very easy to handle and quite fast (compared to Audiobook Builder, which is slow and more complicated); good sound output, uses Quicktime 7. BUT: in Lion doesn't support chapters!!
ChapterMark is very fast, but has problems with standard 32000 Sample rates@64kbps. For good quality you have to switch to 44100 or same as source.
