Worked well for me up through about Java 6 rel 15 or so. Developer went dark on updates until taken over by SingularLabs and Open Sourced. Needs work for UAC issues and Java 7, IMHO.

Yesterday, January 16, SingularLabs released an updated version of JavaRa: 2.1. I'd give it another chance.

With JavaRa 2.0 (September 6):

Improved detection of JRE native uninstallers. Fixed issue that caused settings to be ignored. Added file and directory removal support to definition file format Added option to automatically check for program updates

With JavaRa 2.1:

Added Java temporary file cleaning tool Added /UPDATEDEFS and /UNINSTALLALL commandline arguments Program now requests admin rights on start Improved detection of Java version
