What is INTUO?
‘Increasing employee engagement’ is the main purpose of INTUO. Their tool facilitates coaching, feedback, and agile objectives. These enable employees to be aligned with the company’s strategy much quicker than any traditional communication channel. And secondly, the INTUO software optimises employee engagement, making sure employees WANT to stay inside their organisation, i.e. increase employee retention.

Comments and Reviews
INTUO is one of those powerful tools that show how a small change of habit can lead to a massive result. It has truly made the conversations I'm having with my coach more worthwhile! Actively showing appreciation for ones work is becoming more and more a habit here, which I can only encourage! Great added value.
I really appreciate sitting together with my coach on a regular basis. At the check-in moment implemented in the platform, I can talk about my motivation, my objectives, my engagement, what thrives me, ... Actually everything I want to talk about with my coach. The questions that are being asked through the platform make me think about how I feel at that moment. This gives me a voice which I really like!
We started using INTUO on a daily basis a few months ago and so far it has allowed our people to give feedback and praise faster, resulting in faster feedback cycles and happier co-workers. We use INTUO's engagement tool to assess the happiness of our employees which has resulted in better knowledge of weak points in our organisation. We're loving it!
