This is easier than running a powershell script.

PowerShell's command Get-SpeculationControlSettings gives detailed technical results -- plenty of True/False for many categories. InSpectre gives you simple English instead.

EDIT: Gotta take one star down. I ran the tool on a new fully-patched Intel Xeon (Cascade Lake). The app reported the CPU is vulnerable to Meltdown, which I believe is wrong. I have the latest microcode update.
