While Azgaar's tool allows for some level of customization, the maps are always procedurally generated. Inkarnate allows hand-drawn maps but lacks some of the simulation elements.

Not the same thing at all, Inkarnate offers the possibility of drawing your own maps, this is more a generator of random large scale political maps, you can't generate a battle scene for example.

This Map generator has the BEST tools, 100%FREE, it has options that even Inkarnate does not have (culture, religion, population,military,etc...) The only thing this needs is a little graphic and stamps improvement,since then it would totally SURPASS the huge rival to map generator sites/apps, Inkarnate...
