What is IniTranslator?
IniTranslator is a Windows tool for developers and users to simplify the translation and localization of ini style language files in a manner similar to how PoEdit works. Other files can also be imported. e.g. PO files (.po), ResX files (.resx) more... This software is developed as open source and is MPL1.1 licensed.
To view in your country's language, go to "Tickets -> Language files" in Sourceforge.

This is software for software localization developed at Sourceforge. The latest version 1.9.0.52 was released in 2007. In the Sourceforge wiki, the developers speak in 2020. He doesn’t have development tools. So ,This is open source so someone can take it over to GitHub. Dictionary and bookmark features are also available.
