What is Indo?
Indo is a collaboration tool for companies that use Google’s G Suite (the new name for Google Apps). It helps organize and manage assets and discussions within the context of teams and projects. Using a familiar social interface (like Facebook), Indo enables users to launch groups or projects, follow other users, and create and share content directly tied to Google Drive. With Google Drive alone, organizations don’t have a way for their teams to collaborate and easily manage multiple files and information in a single, centralized place.
Indo makes sharing and collaboration simple through:
• Feeds - With feeds, you can see everything going on that's important to you. Your main feed shows activity related to groups you are in and people you follow. Group feeds show activity related to the group.
• Groups - Groups help you keep your work organized and discussions focused. Create a group, add the right people to it and get started.
• Sharing - Start discussions and share files from Drive, either with a particular group or your entire organization.
• Collaboration - Grow discussions with threaded conversations, keeping collaboration focused on the task at hand.
• Notifications - Even if you don't have Indo open, you’ll receive notifications about important changes in your network.
