IncidentFox information
What is IncidentFox?
IncidentFox is an AI-powered incident investigation and infrastructure automation platform designed for modern engineering teams. Instead of only alerting and escalation, IncidentFox actively investigates production incidents by forming hypotheses, querying infrastructure and observability systems, correlating signals, and reasoning toward likely root causes.
The platform is Slack-first and integrates with common tools such as Kubernetes, cloud providers, metrics, logs, and code repositories, allowing engineers to investigate incidents directly where collaboration already happens. IncidentFox continuously learns from past incidents, runbooks, and investigations to improve future analysis and reduce alert fatigue.
IncidentFox is open source (Apache 2.0) and can be self-hosted via Docker or Kubernetes, with optional managed deployments and enterprise features available.
