I can't figure out whether Handbrake will convert MOD and TOD files. But it probably will.
Anyways, there's really no point in paying $29 for a converter that only supports two formats. You should just use free all-in-one converter, such as Handbrake, Smart Converter, Format Factory, Freemake Converter... chances are, at least one of them will work. Boom, you saved $29. Personally, I've never come across a file format that Handbrake didn't support. But then again, I have no idea what MOD and TOD are.
