What is iCanSend?

iCanSend is a free web application that allows users to transfer files directly between devices using end-to-end encryption. Unlike traditional cloud-based services, files are never stored on any server, the connection happens only between the sender’s and recipient’s browsers.

There is no sign-up, no ads, and no tracking. The interface is simple and accessible from any modern web browser, on both desktop and mobile.

To send a file, one user generates a temporary code and shares it with the recipient. Once the code is entered on the other side, a secure, peer-to-peer connection is established, and the transfer begins immediately.

iCanSend works with any file type, whether it's documents, videos, images, or large archives. There are no artificial limits on file size or quantity; transfers are only bound by the users’ network and device capacities.
