IC Project

The IC Project system was designed to facilitate precise project management. It allows the user to create plans and task groups as part of products. Task groups are divided into Kanban cards. During work, it is possible to evaluate the state of realization and incurred costs of the project in a readable layout. This allows a quick response to any deviations from the plan.

A straightforward system of job management was implemented into IC Project. Jobs are divided into two groups – jobs assigned to the user and jobs assigned by the user to other people. Thanks to a readable list it’s possible to quickly judge which jobs are the most important, while also monitoring the realization of tasks assigned.

Additionally, jobs with a set deadline are presented on the calendar, which allows for a quick overlook of the project schedule.

IC Project is a perfect tool for monitoring and controlling a project, while in the case of small and medium-sized companies it can also manage the entirety of the company. Thanks to collations and elastic report mechanisms based on the IC Project toolset, a precise control of budget presumptions and projects at any point of their realization. It also allows the creation of exhaustive monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, as well as collations needed in the process of controlling a yearly budget.

All of the reports can be configured according to a number of criteria and sent out electronically at arranged time periods.

Every job inside of the project is a finite list of tasks to be completed. These tasks are defined as cards on a Kanban board. This allows for easy description and control of a team’s work.

A Kanban card also can have checklists, employees (and other resources), deadlines and planned work time attached to it. This makes them a perfect work organization tool allowing the simultaneous control of the realization time. Thanks to the backlogs, it’s possible to easily control the tasks remaining until job completion.
