HoldSpeak is a AI-powered app that allows you to type 3x faster. It supports over 100 languages and works 100% offline.
It works everywhere you can type text, no need to switch app.
Just press the hotkey, start talking and the text appears at the cursor as soon as you release the hotkey.
You can also bring your own vocabularies to increase reliability.

Requested permissions that no other whisper based voice to text app I've tried on mac needed, creeped me out and I removed it right away.

The last trash! Which damn normal person writes a program only for Apple MacOS, but not for the operating system which is the market leader (Microsoft Windows)
I haven't tested this software yet, however the operating systems it supports does not in any way influence the quality of the software. It's just unfair to the developer to do so. There could also be a ton of reasons of why they didn't.
One has to write one's program for Windows too, it's practically law!
There are many software that are only available for macOS, and it's the same for Windows, iOS, Android, Linux… I really don't understand your review, if it's not available for your OS, just ignore it…
90% of all programs on the earth are only for Windows! Half of those (ca) also for MacOS! So why can't the rest (like this one) do the same?
