What is HID Macros?
This utility is written mainly for 
Microsoft Flight Simulator X and has various features specifically to that end; but it can also be useful more generally if you want to activate keyboard macros with unusual keyboards or send differing commands with the same keystroke on multiple keyboards.
Differentiating between keyboards while typing is a feature that is not supported by Windows APIs and as such is not available in most keyboard remapping or scripting software.
