It works well. There are plenty of exercises available, and while most of the features are free, some are behind a paywall.
I don't understand the usefulness of the community section as it feels like the developer are trying to push that.
I dislike that the app requires an internet connection to log workouts; why not just save them offline?
It has a free plan, it allows you to disable the social part and have up to 4 routines to keep track of and in some features it limits you to see 3 months of data
