GUSEK provide an open source LP/MILP IDE for Win32, packing a custom version of the SciTE editor linked to the GLPK standalone solver.
The models are developed using the default GLPK model language, the GMPL (GNU MathProg Language)
Gusek also support develop of MPS, GLPK LP/MIP and Cplex LP Models.
