It seems most like Speed Dial 2 - which I love!!
The free version doesn't let you split dials, but you can make a page of dials and open them at one time effectively making a group dial. Personally, I think I'm better off making a shortcut with PhraseExpress, but those who don't use that software might have an easier time simply putting a group of bookmarks in a folder and then opening them all at once.

Worked fine for me - I have it across three separate browsers, all synced across the cloud, all free. I can't vouch for the potential privacy problems with this, but it works.
maybe it was updated in a year, i will check them again and see if my review will changed
