What is Google Forms?
Google Forms, part of Google Drive , is a tool that allows collecting information from users via a personalized survey or quiz. The information is then collected and automatically connected to a spreadsheet with the same name. The spreadsheet is populated with the survey and quiz responses.
Collect RSVPs, run a survey, or quickly create a team roster with a simple online form. Then check out the results, neatly organized in a spreadsheet.

Comments and Reviews
Seems like a awesome way to set up small scale online surveys and forms! But it seem that you can't style the forms at all which is a major drawback.
The glory days of this forms app are long gone.
Wouldn't this technically be "Freemium" since there is always a push to G-Suite? Go to Google Forms: About, it's the first thing you'll see (as of this writing).
Great for collecting survey results, although a little simplistic in its approach.
