The best tool for finding who's really consuming Gmail storage.
Without this tool, I've deleted everything I could using Google tools and filters, but it gets to a point that it becomes impossible to really understand who else eats up my email space quota.

What is GoodByEmail?
GoodByEmail stands apart from other inbox cleaning tools by not requiring you to grant access to your email account. You don't have to "trust" GoodByEmail, since, by design, your emails are never uploaded to GoodByEmail's servers. No OAuth, no third-party permissions. You can even run the tool offline.
Addressing the Real Inbox Challenge: Most inbox cleaning tools focus on unsubscribing from mailing lists, which is great for stopping future clutter but doesn't necessarily help with the heaps of old emails already in our inboxes—many of which aren't even from mailing list senders.
GoodByEmail's inbox analytics feature addresses this challenge by showing users exactly who their biggest inbox space offenders are and how much space all those smaller emails take up. Oh, and of course, you can also unsubscribe from pesky mailing lists.

Innovative app for people who take privacy seriously. I love it because I can self-host the app and analyze my entire email inbox completely offline. I've confirmed it's not trying to send any data out to the internet. I used it once a month to delete any new pesky subscriptions clogging my inbox and also I did a thourough clean with GoodByEmail when I first used the app, freeing up a huge amount of space and helping me keep my inbox in the "Inbox Zero" state.

Effective at detecting the senders clogging my inbox. Interesting approach to privacy.
I love the simplicity, worked like a charm on a 44Gb PST file. No frulls, just shows all my unsubscribe links and also all the space in MB used up by all my contacts (and the nr of emails they've sent). Great filtering and sorting options, so I could easilly discover who I wanted to unsubscribe and delete . And thank god my data is still safe, I really can't trust anyone snooping on my emails!
I've used GoodByMail with my iCloud email account and particularly liked the feature to identify the Top Offenders to delete and free up space. I'd never give third-party companies access to my inbox and this tool is the only I've found that I can self-host and analyse my emails completely securely and offline.
