A slick Windows game manager, which automatically scans and scraps games from Steam (installed or not), Origin, Battle.net, GoG.com and UPlay. It also monitors your play time and allows some automatization like power management and custom commands.

Comments and Reviews
I had to leave GameRoom since it had a critical issue, it would not be able to update itself for some reason and thus would keep re-downloading it and trying to patch itself cause it to use lots of resources and internet, greatly slowing down my computer.
Availability for meta data is very poor, since it uses only one database which is IGDB. UI is decent could be more polished and more intuitive. It sometimes does not respond properly causing me to click more than once or twice.
I left Gameroom in favor for Playnite, never looked back since!
I compared this app with a direct competitor which I think is Playnite, as they both try to do similar things. And all i can say Gameroom is put to shame. Playnite is free whereas Gameroom is like a trialware
Playnite supports meta fetching from various sites such as wiki and IGDB and more to come while Gameroom supports only IGDB
Playnite light on resources since it does not record the game time among other things. Gameroom is heavy on resources, records game time which is not very accurate or needed.
Playnite has skin support free , Gameroom has to have a valid license key for skin option
Playnite now also optionally (but by default) records game time. It may not have in 2018, but it does now. As far as I can tell, it didn't hurt its performance.
Gameroom's timer was not accurate from what i remember and what I said. The comment is quite old
Gameroom was slower, im guessing it was mostly to do with the language it was built in and how it was optimized more so than the time count.
Nice UI and now support emulators, exactly what I've been looking for ! The only downside is that it's RAM hungry.
