Name of the Dyn DNS Service ......... Number of free Host addresses
My experience:
FreeDNS has most free Host Addresses, DynDNS, a technically also very good DNS-Service, deletes the older free hostnames after 30 days of inactivity since July 2012. This is of course very disturbing, so that you can only look for a free DNS service in the future, such as FreeDNS, No-IP, MyBind or BuddyNS.

Thought it was a good enough free service till I found that there were three shady subdomains on one of my domains. One of them was a slightly modified clone of an existing business' website.
Would highly recommend you use Cloudflare instead. They provide SSL/TLS, DDoS protection, caching, blocking AI crawlers & more on the free tier.
For what ones pays it is great and stable (used for several years). Plus the API is real simple and works with a curl request.
User Interface from the 90s. Time to live (TTL) for free domains is 60 minutes while it's 60 seconds if you pay for it.
