Potential buyers should be aware of these challenges before making a decision.
I recently encountered significant challenges while using this plugin. While the application appeared operational, there was a noticeable discrepancy in the data integration. For example, out of our 300 customers on Shopify, only 230 were reflected on WooCommerce. Moreover, despite setting up email notifications, I received inconsistent updates about customer imports without any actual change on WooCommerce.
Additionally, I tried this plugin for another site we're transitioning from Shopify to WooCommerce and faced the same issues.
Given the circumstances, if these concerns aren't addressed, I'd expect a refund for both of my purchases, but they are ignoring all my emails.
Hoping for a timely resolution.
