Use Flussonic for IP surveillance (Flussonic Watcher actually) - http://erlyvideo.org/doc/vsaas Has Onvif and some other protocols discover, users groups, different maps providers (open street maps really rocks!) Rather nice solution. While Flussonic itself much easier to deal with than everything I met before if you can copy-paste some strings into terminal of course. Accepts easy push from different like OBS, vMIX, FMLE and plenty of free mobile applications, so it's easy to build different broadcasting projects.
