What is Flippa?
Flippa is an online platform for buying and selling digital assets and businesses. Sellers can list their assets for sale either through a 30-day auction or a classified listing, and set a minimum reserve or asking price. Auctions can last between 3 to 30 days, while classifieds have no end date. All listings must follow the platform's content and behavior policies. In auctions, the highest bidder wins once bids exceed the reserve. In classifieds, buyers make offers to sellers, and if accepted, the buyer purchases the asset. After a sale, the payment and asset transfer process begins, with payments made through Escrow.com or PayPal. The asset transfer is handled directly between buyer and seller, without Flippa's involvement.

Comments and Reviews
Flippa's a good tool, but the fees and requirements make it hard to get started. Many obstacles stand in the way of the sellers becuase they require too many documents that make the process long and tedious. In addition, they don't allow negotiating offers from companies that don't meet the bidding range, and they're blunt about resolving issues.
Flippa is a good place but very hard to established a business there since they have HUGE fees. Seller will face many bump along the road. As a buyer, I assume its not so bad.
