FlipBook will keep track of all your drawings in its traditional exposure sheet with thumbnail images and play them back instantly with sound. FlipBook also provides specially designed tools to help you paint your drawings quickly and easily without having to learn or go through a lot of difficult steps. You can add pans, zooms, rotation, blurs and dissolves and then export movies that you can play on TV or post on the internet.

Its classic. I've heard some people have been using Digicel for years because its just been their available in the persons tool inventory so why let it go to waste if it works well for said persons needs?
There's a variety of animation software out there to fulfill different groups of peoples' needs.
You should take a look at https://www.paperturn.com! It is a very nice flipbook software and I am sure you will not be disappointed! Besides this it has good prices and discounts!
Besides those options, there is
mrViewer, which is open source. It supports video, audio playback, flipbook of a number of formats including excellent OpenEXR support.
