What is FlexC OCTO?
OCTO is a resume intelligence tool crafted for recruiters to screen talent faster. OCTO cuts a recruiter's screening time by 80% in two ways:
- Resume insights: Get detailed insights and summary of each selection along with a list of top 10 candidates to contact first with a few clicks.
- Reuse your current resume database from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc. and reduce cost.
How to use OCTO?
OCTO works with recruiters to help them find candidates with just three steps:
Step 1: Upload resumes from your database
The first step is to upload applicant resumes from your database. The database you have collected can be from anywhere- other hiring portals, candidate profiles in your personal system or talent you found on FlexC. FlexC ensures that the data you upload stays protected. Your data stays encrypted, is not shared with any third parties, is never collected, and you can delete it any time. FlexC allows you to upload 100 resumes at a time.
Step 2: Select the desired skills and add job description
Once the resumes are uploaded, select the desired primary and secondary skills you are looking for in the candidate and add all the relevant details. Once done, you can paste the job description and click on Analyse. It will help our AI understand what qualities you are looking for in the ideal candidate. Once the job description is approved, you can click on curated profiles.
Step 3: Find curated recommendations
Once you click on curate profiles, within seconds, you will receive the top 10 candidates out of the 100 profiles. OCTO’s AI will rank these candidates based on the top matches. You can always like/dislike the results, upload more profiles, and the AI will reload the results.
Use automated messaging:
Once recruiters are satisfied with the results, they can share the list of selected candidates with others (your team or hiring managers) for further approval. Many recruiters find it time-consuming to craft personalised messages, attach all the qualified candidate resumes and then send them for approvals.
OCTO analyses the information you have added while searching for the talent and creates a personalised email based on data shared. This message contains the list of top applicants along with necessary details that are crucial for decision-making.
The interface includes a feature for Recruiters to customise the message and add or tweak any details they wish to change. It frees up valuable time off their hands recruiters can spend on other crucial tasks.

FlexC OCTO wishes to provide you with the best results in one go. However, being a generative AI tool, the more you interact with it, the more it learns. If you feel dissatisfied with the results, OCTO offers a simple feature where you can analyse and click on the like and dislike button. OCTO will re-rank the results based on your preferences to optimise your experience.
