  2. Data Validation and Healing: Flatfile allows you to configure a helpful set of validators to run on imported data before it ever hits your server, allowing your customer to fix almost all data issues in advance.

  3. Support Dashboard: Review a log of all imports, resolve any outstanding issues, or fix problems for your customers. Then choose whether to send the data directly to your API, to Zapier, or to a batch processing endpoint.
