Have been using it for some months. Works fine for me. I don't like having like a hundred of apps, so having 3 in 1 (web pushes, sms and emails) is really a perfect solution for me. It's very easy to use, has plenty of features and they are constantly working on introducing new ones.
This app is the best, you get so many features for growing your store. They have different channels of marketing, like web pushes, SMS messages, Emails. If I have any question I can easily contact support, and as far as I remember they work 24/7, so no matter where you are and at what time you need assistance, they will be there.
It is good to have all channels in one app! The service is great and support is really fast...I was not like waiting for reply even 5 mins I guess. That was cool. They provided the tips and answered the question I had on creating my first campaign. Also the pricing is profitable at least if to compare with the apps I used before. The stats and reports are of good use for business.
Works for me. Plenty of web pushes even on a free plan. Also any extra features doesn't cost much. Easy and convenient to use. App devs did a good job.
I'm using this tool for 4 months now and sticking to Starter subscription. While I'm satisfied with the interface's design and overall UX, I am keen on their features variety and functionality. Being honest I don't know other re-marketing automation that would offer such a plenty of pushes that includes different settings, like, adding promo code to the notification. So their functionality are best of all words, what's more I appreciate modern and easy-to-use design for the interface. Their blog. It's another story. Very detailed and highly informative content for all marketing people, loved it from the scratch and immediately shifted to my bookmarks. Statistics. Even if I don't love numbers, I do love analysis of the job that's done, that's why it's very important to have an option for analysis, so personalization is adjusted as needed. The price. I'm dealing very well $ 25 / month for 5k pushes - check! So totally recommending for e-stores for their re-marketing.
