What is FlinkISO?
From the website: FlinkISO Quality Management Software (QMS) - Online or On Premise. FlinkISO is open source QMS software which provides management of ISO 9001 quality requirements. FlinkISO QMS is designed as a platform independent web application (Cake PHP based). You can install this QMS software on a server and your team can access it from any location or use the cloud service to do the same.
Is it still open source? FlinkISO does offer a GNU licensed version on github. See: https://github.com/Techmentis/flinkiso-lite - Development does not appear to be public since at the time of this writing the original commit is the only commit on github. The website does not speak much about their development process, in fact the information page about how users can contribute results in a 404 See: http://www.flinkiso.com/about/contribute.html.
