Capture in the Field Data Collector app: photos, videos, 360 photos and 360 videos (Ricoh and Insta360), scanned documents, annotations, and measured visuals. Capture directly on plan sheets and blueprints or on Google Maps, with offline-friendly workflows and reliable background sync. Every capture keeps the context needed for proof: GPS latitude and longitude, date and time, bearing, elevation, weather, and captured-by. Filio supports construction photo management with AI-powered photo tagging, AI captions, and AI labels, plus multilingual voice notes with English translation. Add tags, custom fields, and custom AI guidance so teams can standardize terminology across projects. In the Web Console, teams structure work by company, offices, groups, and projects, invite internal and external stakeholders, and apply fine-grained permissions. Search across metadata and AI, review media in a library, map, plan sheet, and timeline views, and import GIS layers such as KML and KMZ. Reporting is template-driven and drag and drop: select media and generate consistent PDF and Word reports for progress tracking, inspections, QA/QC, closeouts, insurance evidence packages, and post-disaster documentation.
