Does what it says. It's lightweight and easy to use. But not much functionality other than changing the time/date. And the ui is a bit buggy. You can add something similar to context menu with Easy Context Menu. Attribute Changer is a non-open source alternative with more functionality, such as affecting all subfolders/files.
