A very basic online writing app on GitHub, created by WriMo deadkanon for use during NaNoWriMo, with the basic idea of gamifying writing in a vein similar to Habitica. The goal is to defeat an enemy by reaching your target word count before running out of HP.

What is Fighter's Block!?
A very basic online writing app on GitHub, created by WriMo deadkanon for use during NaNoWriMo, with the basic idea of gamifying writing in a vein similar to Habitica. The goal is to defeat an enemy by reaching your target word count before running out of HP. Speeds and cosmetics can be adjusted via the Settings button; a new word count goal can be set via the User button.

I like the pressure to keep writing, it gives motivation
THIS. It's FREE. Completely free. You can unlock up to three fighters (the other ones are not developed yet I guess, but I think you can contribute if you know how to programm). You can change the settings of the monster, its speed, its attacks... You see your character fighting on the screen. There is also a distraction free mode. I use it often.
