What is FamShop?

The FamShop platform provides automation processes between ecommerce platforms and marketplaces (such as Magento, Prestashop, WooCommerce, Opencart, Shopify, osCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, eMag, CelRo, Okazii, Elefant) and ERPs (Netsuite, Syspro, Scoro, Sage, Brightpearl, Odoo, Ecount, Peoplesoft, FinancialForce, Infor, Deltek, ePromis, Epicor, Batchmaster, Nexus, SocrateCloud, Saga, WinMentor, SmartBill, Pluriva, Neomanager, MicrosoftDynamics, RVX, Sap, Dolibarr, Epesi, Softone).

FamShop also connects them with delivery systems, SMS notification systems and CRMs.

FamShop serves as main communication node for different systems and handles data integration. FamShop synchronizes different software systems in order to keep them updated and to optimize manual processes in companies.

For example, stocks and prices are synchronized between ERP and web store or marketplace. Orders that are placed from webstore or marketplace are automatically inserted in ERP as invoices. For every order, FamShop generates a product warranty document and AWB, even sends a confirmation SMS to the order's costumer. FamShop is also a flexible platform that automates warehouse management flows and synchronizes only the desired inventories.

The platform has an advanced reporting system that provides statistics about orders, sold products and stocks. Also, the platform has powerful tools for monitoring employees and tracking their daily work.

FamShop platform is used by both B2C and B2B companies.
