What is Factorium CMMS?
Factoium CMMS is a Maintenance Management Software aiming to reduce cost and increase proficiency. Fundamentally developed on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concept, the software can efficiently enhance productivity by up to 20%*. Apart from machines in factories, the software can also be applied to any tools and equipment that needs repair and maintenance in hospitals, hotels, schools, universities, buildings, other facilities, etc. The software is mainly operated on a smartphone with four practical functions as follows.
-
Preventive Maintenance Engineers can systematically plan and schedule and automatically assign PM tasks. With a reminder within the software, engineers can execute PM tasks as planned 100%.
-
Repair Request This function eliminates paperwork. Any issue or machine problem can be reported right after it was found via the application on a smartphone. You can also attach pictures related to the machine problem for better elaboration. The repair task will be assigned, completed, and evaluated via the app. This means, it prevents miscommunication, reduces processes, lessens time consumed, and simplifies workflow.
-
Spare Part Management When carrying out PM tasks, you can easily request spare parts, approve the request, and check the remaining stock via the app.
-
Calibration Labs and QA or QC can use the app’s Calibration function for standard approval. Calibration records, instrument lists, standard criteria, and calibration schedules are stored in PDF files and can be retrieved via the mobile app. The app will also send a notification when it is time for calibration.
